best thing to do is remove the DV all together I removed mine just over a year ago 1 it reduces the lag between gear changes (WRC subarus do not have a dump valve) 2 If you have a cone filter it will make the best dump/flutter noise you have heard coming from a scoob

That advice will kill the turbo in double quick time! Dont do it!The dump valve is there for a very good reason!
