So here is the all new healthy POC on the way to getting fit..... running bores me so looking to get some wheels under me
Im 6.1' so the bike will need to suit me, decent quality bike, rekon suspension would be cool!
Nothing mega expensive guys, blown all me cash on the scooby!
Local to Hemel Hempstead would be cool

I'm 6'4" so reckon you would prob need the same size as me. Minimum 21" frame.
Suspension will only be of benifit to you if you go on pretty rocky trails, otherwise the weight will get you down.
If you go cross country and the occasional jaunt downhill, a hardtail bike will suit you better.
Don't live anywhere near you but would reccommend you buy a copy of "Mountain Biking UK".
Plenty of second hand bikes to suit all price ranges.
