I'm driving a really poo corsa at the moment & am desperate to get my grubby mits on an Impreza Turbo. Not bothered about milage, age or colour, just want the 4 door and it HAS to be a turbo. Can these be found for under £5k or am i just dreaming?

do a search on autotrader and in the for sale section on scoobynet, you can get one for that price but it will be old/high miles.

plenty around mate, i just sold a very clean 93k reg with 77km (about 50k) for £4500 and theres plenty more around at that price. for 5k id expect a L or M plate, if you look everywere, make some bids, somewere your gonna come up trumps

Hmmm, he says she bought it from Autotrader not long ago and is selling it for some reason, are you the guy who sprayed the wheels gold then? Were you selling it because it was "too fast" for your wife or has he been told porkies somewhere along the way?

I'm in the process of buying one but if it all goes wrong I would of been interested in this car, some info would be appreciated I guess.......just in case.

yes i painted the rims, done them properly, i took a car in px on the scoob, the car does go well actually, i recently fitted new plugs etc to it, its in good condition, one small parking ding to rear door only tiny, couple scratches on rear bumper, shes had the N/S/R quarter resprayed, and at one point had new front panels(probably in japan) was only imported 8 months ago. has a slight oil leak prob rocker gasket as sometimes oil burn can be smelt prob above manifold but its not a bad leak atall

looks better in the flesh, we spent ages wet flatting, priming, etc, there also coated with a thick layer of laquer
