you can get a nice import for this sort of money. And thats looking at a 94/95!

scoobysport 3 inch down pipe, ported headers by scoobysport, hks drainpipe exhaust system, hks green mushroom filter, hks sql dump valve,
8kg balanced flywheel
74000 klms
all belts changed at 60000klms
make me an offer, selling my scooby would enable me to finish my escort so if anyone is interested make me an offer.

I`m not one to diss people for no reason, but put simply mate, dont waste people`s time!
If you can buy an impreza for £3.5k go buy the damn thing!
If your after something to "heavily modify" as you state, dont matter that it is a uk car, and if and evo is SO much better as you stated, why are you after an impreza!!!
