TY754VN6AA or TY754VN5AA gearbox
Hi all,
Looking for a TY754VN6AA or TY754VN5AA gearbox.
Please PM me details and price.
Cheers
Little up date. I might have sourced one from a breaker on here, but he's just going to test it to make sure all is OK. But I'd like to keep looking in case the breakers box isn't good enough to re-use. So please PM with what you have.
Cheers all.

Hello mate, my box goes into gear, but has a strange loud sound when accelerating or taking my foot off the gas. Which completely disappears if i press the clutch.
I've been told that its the bearing that's gone and needs replacing. But been told that it would be cheaper to find a replacement box than repairing mine.
Gearbox problems are so annoying!
I've been told that the 5aa and 6aa boxes are stronger then the earlier boxes, but have also been told that actually all TY754NA boxes are the same!
since you have a box that's open and in bits, whats your take on it?

I think all ty754's are similar, no particular model is much stronger than the next. I can provide any bits from this box except both third gears. Bearings all good, transfer box good.
VERY easy box to strip and build
