Are you on about the bar the holds the bonnet up, the plastic c clip thing on the front slam panel above the rad

I'm not sure if new age are the same, I can't imagine they would be much different?

It kinda look like it might fit, although as I don't have anything to compare it to I couldn't be sure, does it look like it goes in a square hole in the slam panel?

It goes in a square hole yes, but into the radiator support on a newage,

Do you want me to post it and you can try it?
