Hi

Can anyone recommend a plumber/company that does a central heating 'power flush' just had a BG engineer repair the boiler in my house and he's told me I need to get this done.
BG quote is £700, quick look online seems to suggest it can be done foe £200-£300,

I'm sure one of the guys in our section is a plumber, I may be wrong but give bustabulldog a pm on here, I'm not sure if he' s a plumber, what you looking to have done? is it to give the system a flush through, and refill with an inhibitor to help protect the boiler?

 

Robbie Hawkins or Mervil could help out with this as well, send them a PM and see what they say.

JBJ powrflushing is something I do, as well as pretty much anything else which involves a pipe! If you'd like to give me a call/text, we can have a chat, I could do with a little more information (I.e size of system (how many rads), system design I.e open vented conventional system or combination boiler, ) to work out what quantity of cleansing/inhibiting chemicals required and give you a price accordingly.
