squeaky belt now i know why
tensioner has broken....
and yes i know the bolts are loose....
cant believe its plastic....

That bolt looks like its gone in cross threaded so you may have some bother there.

What the bottom bolt?!?!
No it's where the belt is still under tension,and the bracket has come away from where it tightens and the bottom bolt,is undone more than the top one....

It's running minus the air con belt,untill i can get the tensioner sourced and sorted.

It's an alloy one from a later model. The bakerlite ones tend to age badly. I have a new jockey wheel as well.

Unless you use the air con I wouldn't worry about it. My air con belt snapped a few years ago, I took the pulley and bracket off.
