You`ve done the hard work, you just need to copy and paste the [IMG]picture url[/IMG] from under the pics like this.
And take your pics from a bit further away lol

when i right click on the img but for some reason it wont let me copy and paste i must be doing something wrong

Left to highlight, right then copy and then paste.
Some just you select with left click, and it copies automatically.

Phone to laptop, resize on laptop to 800x600, then upload to photobucket.
