Simon, we use Fastrads in work and they do a good job but they are in Abercarn - about 8 miles north of junction 28 off the M4 (Newport, Tredegar Park).
It might be worth trying Ricketts Radiators in Viking Way in Winch Wen/Llansamlet in Swansea, they might be able to repair your radiator / definitely supply a new one or best of all make you an uprated item with alloy tanks instead of plastic.
