Hi guys

Anyone have or know of anyone that is selling a rear passenger side hub with ABS ring and joint for sale within South Wales Area. Need to fit a UK turbo 2000 V5

My car went into the garage for what I though would be a simple Wheel bearing change and I've just been told they have split the hub as the bearing has siezed in the hub so it needs a complete new hub.

My car is my daily drive so need to get it back on the road ASAP so if anyone had any idea where I can get one for (new or second hand) it would be appreicated.

Well i'm trying to find out if that is the case as they are being a bit sketchy about what happened to make it split.

They have said they can't get a new hub for me, which is more than likely a lie as surely Subaru in Cardiff would stock such items

Pop up and ask. Put them on the spot and see what happens.
CVC may have to order the parts in if it's a Classic. You could get one from GradeASubaru but why should you!

Stuck in work at them moment so can't call in there to see what they have done exactly.

Its only a local garage which I use for general maintainance and thought a Wheel bearing wouldn't cause them any problems but obviously I was wrong. My family have used them for years with no problem but my Subaru seems to cause them lots of problems as this is not the first time a relatively simple job has caused them a problem .

Will give grade A subaru a call to see if they have one in stock and can get it to me quickly if I can't find one local.

Same happend to mine last year. Give Saj a ring at Jap performance parts and it will be in your garage tomorrow morning if you catch them before 5pm.

Thanks guys,

Managed to get hold of a hub from Grade A subaru who can get it to me by tomorrow afternoon. Just hoping i've got the right one now.
