Yeah it was a bit of a crap rip off and they seemed to be driving the 2011 harder than the 2007.

Thanks for watching. I'm the producer of the show (and as you can see, I've also been a member of Scoobynet for quite a while).

Sad thing is, I think we managed a better introduction for a "Stig-like character" than Top Gear America has been doing all season. I mean really "...take it away Stig?!" (as presented by Tanner Foust in the most recent episode.) Anyhow, it was a one-shot gag and we had fun doing it.

It was interesting but i am not really sure why you changed the wheels/tyres from the original car to the 2010 wheels. I could be wrong, but i was under the impression that the original 2007 wheels were lighter than the 2010 wheels and what was the deal with changing the drag times?? It didnt make any real sence to be honest?????

Ian, i think they changed the wheels so the two cars would be running compareable rubber for the handling corse and they altered the drag times to allow for the driver reaction times.

I agree I do like the new saloon shape and the hatchback as well, although I would get a JDM Spec C Saloon if I had the £'s.

I see what you are saying Jarv but changing the drag time seems a bit "finger in the wind". Just drag them both with the same driver may have been a better idea. Still, i do like the new car, its amazing the difference a boot and huge wing makes!!!!!
