I've not heard much about them recently but what about Ace Motorsport in Crumlin? I don't have any contact details for them but I think others on here might.
Plus there's Keith Price Garages in Abergavenny as well, try them they have a good reputation, I use them for parts and I've always found them first class.

If your going for a standard organic type clutch and provided that the flywheel is not badly scored/marked then I'd think that a light skim would be ok with a new spigot bearing.
But it all depends on the condition when it's removed.

If you are going for a paddle/puck clutch then you could end up with a pig of a road car as these type of clutches tend to be on or off with very little bite/feeling inbetween.
If you are going to source the parts yourself try Lateral Performance and speak to Mark but also try Antony at Indigo as if he can match or beat the price he will.
