Default Many Thanks To Ozz

Thanks to Ozz, that contact you gave me has sorted out the next 'goodie' for me, cracking price as well.

I'm getting it picked up on Friday and should hopefully be on the car Saturday.

The Spec C is quicker than a 3.2S Boxster and will be faster than most 911's in the new year.

Sorry but no Simon, it's not an actuator although they do make a nice polished one for a VF36...

Come on guys it's obvious. It's an induction kit with a restrictor to reduce surge.

Yes they do when an induction kit is fitted to a JDM twin scroll, that's a proper Impreza.

I do when at part open throttle, if I am at 70mph in 6th gear and accelerate then I get surge as I go past 1 bar of boost up to 1.6 bar.

The new induction kit is winging it's way to me now as I type, it'll be in my mitts by 6pm.

Well there's the story I've heard so many different story's about the causes of compressor surge on the twin scroll engines that I've decided to try the induction kit to see if it does cure it.

This induction kit isn't even in production yet and only available from one source at the moment.

I have spoken to Bob and I'm going back up on the 27th for a tweak, plus I might also have another shiny new bit on the car by then as well.

And the induction kit isn't with me yet.
