Question Quick MOT question. De-cat query?

Basically I'm going to get an exhaust system (& more) done to my96 WRX soonish and I've been recommended a de-cat down pipe on the one hand but I'm leaning more towards a Ninja 100 cell Sports cat for MOT reasons.
Just wondered if any of you are running with de-cats and have a close to Cardiff area friendly Subaru garage who'll "help" it through the MOT or should I just not bother and go for the Sports cat (although I know these do fail aswell if there not up to temperature before MOT/but thats a simple fix).
All suggestions appreciated. Gareth

Thanks. If you could PM me his garage address or put in a good word that would be great as my MOT will be up in October but I wanted to have a garage locally sorted to take it to for the MOT rather than drive in to England to get it done where I'm getting the de-cat done (possibly).

I'm still thinking a sports cat might be the best option though. Not for power thoughbut there can't be more than 5-10bhp in it
