I live in Llanelli and have had Prospeed build me exhaust systems for both Imprezas I have owned. 
. I was there last Saturday having a 3" system put on my S202. 
They build bespoke systems and are built to order on the day, you can customise any options to your own taste. They come with a lifetime warranty and are top quality.
They may be further away but Longlife hardly have a great reputation especially the Caerphilly/Cardiff operation, there are a lot of very satisfied Prospeed customers on here, give Charlie a ring.

Compare prices mate, Charlie at Prospeed will beat a longlife price and in my experience you will get a better level of service and quality. I have had 2 systems from longlife and 2 from Prospeed and wouldnt go to longlife again.

Definately worth the trip mate. Im in Pontarddulais and used Prospeed a few times. Plus you get to come back through the tunnels aswell

I also had my exhaust system built with prospeed in Cardiff and you couldn't ask for a better service.
I would recommend him anyone wanting a quality exhaust!

I would save the tunnel run for the trip back with your new loud Subaru soundtrack (controlled by the loud or throttle pedal
), come out of Prospeed turn right, turn right at the lights onto Newport Road.
Straight on at the first lights and then take a left at the second lights, then straight on (through two sets of lights if I remember properly) past the Fire Station, at the magic roundabout (loads of 'arty' road signs in the middle of the roundabout) take a right, next roundabout take a left and you are onto the road taking you down towards Cardiff Bay and the tunnels.

longlife swansea bunch of tw@s
i got a back box from them 2day!!!they didnt have the size flange that i wanted and he was going 2 use the 1 off my old box an still charge me the same price(i dont think so). so i had 2 have a smaller pipe to fit the crap they had laying around.the boy that done my car was swinging off the system to bend it down stretching the rubbers in the process (clown) very shoddy firm.on the plus side the box sounds ok but i wont b going back there.
That's expensive for just a back box.

And when I took my back box off my astra turbo the had welded a 2.5" pipe to a box with a 1.75" hole. WTF no wonder I lost power after and it made an almighty ripping noise.
Dodgy as.
