Hi all
Hi.
I'm new to this site...never knew it existed!
Been on SIDC..but there seems to be more going on here.
Got an 03 WRX for the last year or so but not driven it since last year due to the snow

I'm near Carmarthen mate.
Can't see me driving anywhere for at least a few days..snowing heavy here now.
Knowing my luck I'll slide into a kerb and bend a wishbone or worse..

Welcome to Scoobynet
Snows bad here (Radyr/Cardiff area) at the moment to but it was so funny drivng home. All the main roads where fine but when I turned into the first of many hills I have to drive up to get to my house the fun began. At the bottom it looked like a strange carpark with vehicles every which way and then as I approached the halfway mark up the hill I saw the first of many struggling non-4wd vehicle owners . I passed with ease as they struggled to get any grip going up the hill and was only passed by a mercedes convertable going down hill backwards with his front wheels locked solid & fear in his eyes (he stopped eventually though & parked at the bottom with all the BMW's that had amounted to almost every model in there range ) . It's so nice having a 4wd in this weather and especially a Subaru Impreza. I eventually got home and the only thing that happened to me on the way home was that I had an "enjoyable" controllable drift @15mph going around a tight left corner. Thanks Subaru, Gareth

What colours your Subaru then etc?. I've a my96 JDM silver classic. I've seen a few the same colour as mine and similar ages driving about this area (& we all wave at each other ). If you think you see me don't be a stranger and I'll do the same, Gareth

Welcome to the Welsh section of the forum. Plenty of very helpful and knowledgable people here. Look out for details of the next Swansea meet when you can put a few faces to names
