Default Absolutley gutted! Bumped the scoob

Im absolutley gutted guys, I was on my way to a meeting with the docs to see if my mum could come home from hospital today.
I was feeling a bit nervous and what have you so got in the car and headed to the hospital.
Got as far as the end of the street where its a T junction and as normal cars were blocking the view so I edged out really slowley to get a better view.
I couldnt see anything coming from the left and proceded to pull out slowley about 3 mph as I did I scraped a brand new suzuki swift.

After making sure the young girl was fine I took her to my house as we didnt have a pen and paper but took her details and gave her mine.
Im hoping shes going to give me the chance to pay for the damage without going through the insurance companies. so fingers crossed!

heres the damage to both cars

hers

mine

Any ideas guys how much it would be to get the suzuki repaired?
and mine?

cheers in advance.

Mark

Gutted for you Mark Id say your looking at about £100 to repair yours, mainly for paint. Crystal sidelights are £30 for a pair. Give Awesome imports a ring for sidelights because Lee probably has standard ones hanging about. Give me a txt if you want thier number Depends who they take the Suzuki too as for the price. Hope it wont be too much though

lol cheers bro.

Its not my car Im worried about tbh its the girls car im hoping hers aint gonna cost more than £300.

I just ordered my crystal replacments and the paint can be done after crimbo as for as my car is concerned. Most of the crap on the bumper might come off. Tbh my car always needed work so Im not that bothered.

Ryan if you need a hand with urs just holla mate

Gutted for you, Yours doesn't look like it will cost much to put right.

I'd be very surprised if hers costs less than £300. The colour looks like it could be a b4stard to blend in

I'll have £6-700 on the sweep stake

What a mare

As said yours is not to bad but I agree with Danny i recon around £600.
You have to remember that as its a new car the repair will have to be 100% as the it will have to satisfy the manufactures warranty.
Joys of motoring I'm afraid.

Cost me £80 to get my front bumper painted last time i had it done plus the cost of the side lights, i've got standard ones you can have for free.

I recon the Suzuki could be done for about £300 mark.

, I'd be looking in the region of 12hrs labour @ £25ph =£300, £90 paint and materials, new wheel trim £30 ish, and a 4 wheel geometry check £35, = £455+vat, £523.25inc, But hard to say without actually seeing the car. Ah, and just noticed its got a chip protection tape on the 1/4, there about £15
