Looks a good spec. I haven't heard much about these bikes though. If you don't mind me asking. whats your budget?? cause it might be worth having a look at what Trek and Cannondale have on offer. I was riding a Cannondale till i broke my shoulder. But still love it Also what type of riding are u planning on doing?? Hardtail may be best. I find my Hardtail was way faster than my full susser.

Bike radar review hear.
Boardman Comp FS Review - BikeRadar
They seem to like it. Have to fiddle around with the rear shock a bit.

I bought a bike about 6 weeks ago to get fit and have some fun , got quite a few mates into this , asked my mate to recomend me some thing about £400 , ended up buying this lol
Specialized Enduro SL Pro Carbon
My thinking was if I enjoyed it i'd end up spending out on something good so jumped in , bought it off a guy on here who had ridden it a couple of times , it was like brand new , glad I did as its a fantastic bike , I'll give it a couple more weeks then go up to Afan.
The boardmans seem to get good reviews in the mags , cant help you any further than that , it does get a bit mind boggling looking at whats available
Cheers Ian

Ian i go up afon argoed with daz187 and ryan, we all love the track.
Darren tried to sort a day out on the bikes a couple of months ago, there was very little intrest.
Maybe with the lighter nights now here there would be more intrest, and we can sort a day out at afon or glyncorrwg or some other venue
