Default The choice is yours!!!!!

Having owned my wagon now for a few weeks,I'm starting to tart a few thing up and one of them is the brake calipers

Now i can't afford new larger stoppies so am thinking of painting them as they're a bit tatty

Now i can't decide on a colour,So i though you lot could come up with some suggestions

Glad I could be of help. I used Hammerite but it was horrible to use really thick and sticky, i know its alot cheaper but if i was to do it again i'd pick up paint that was dedicated for the job, much easier to apply.

Black and white as said above,

Dark coloured alloys would also suit your car, the standard wheels painted anthercite/dark grey would work very well

Black with white lettering is a good choice, also what about red with white lettering as well as these look good as well.

Black with white writing for me too. Looks neat and tidy without being in your face and suits the red mica really well. Your graphite and silver idea sounds like it could be good too though, and different.
Wonder if anyone can photoshop it onto the pictured caliper?

Well it seems like the black and white option gets the vote.

Many thanks guys,I guess thats why i'm part of this club so it does make sense.

I can't believe how much the caliper paint is, £15.00 for the kit is nasty.

Oh well if you want it done right i suppose,

I dont know if this helps guys

Biggred brake calipers for Saxo, Punto, Fiesta, Nova, Astra, 106, 206, Mini, BMW and more.... they sell refurbished painted/coated calipers on a exchange or outright basis.

I have used them for a brake pin kit and were excellent!

Ryan I like the black option but what would look nice if u could find it is the same colour as ur paint on the car with Black writting!

Thanks for that option it looks like they do a real nice job ,but i can't afford to have my car of the road.but i'll bear them in mind in the future.

But i've really been sold on re-spraying my standard alloys a dark graphite colour.we'll se in the future once i get the HID headlight issue sorted.
