Cool I have my wheels back, what do you think!!??

Some of you will have read that a garage i used damaged my wheels, but they were quick to admit the mistake and have been good as gold about getting them repaired, so good in fact, they resprayed them a colour of my choice
I am really happy with the finish and considering i only described the colour i wanted, the owner got it spot on

Here are a couple of pics:

Looking good, I really like the colour and it was good of them to repair and paint them to a colour of your choice as they could have just had them re-painted to your original colour.

Very nice job and colour mate, what good service aswell, very unusual for a garage to admit they are at fault straight away!!, about time a garage looking to retain customers for the future rather than for what they can get now!

But are you now think "Hmmmmm White?"

Keep an eye on the rears Ian. Having had a respray on wheels in the past I noticed the rears picked up the grit thrown up by the front wheels. It may be the air flow but not to sure but the grit chipped the rears first!

I was waiting for someone to mention the white wheel club. I have to be honest, i did give it some thought, i think white would work well on the car but i dont have the patience to keep them clean.

Thanks for all the comments lads.

I want to thank Ian and Richie for the offer and loan of spare wheels too, i would have had a nightmare without them, thanks very much gents

I will keep an eye on chipping, i want to make sure that they were not just flashed over with a thin coat, otherwise the finish wont last long at all, they look pretty good though

Thats what i was thinking, red may be too much since there isnt anything on the car that really stands out that much. Something else to think about, thanks Blue

Did you buy them new? I spent weeks trying to find another set a couple of months ago and couldnt find anyone who could supply them so i just went with new tyres. They look really good in the gold on the blue though, very smart mate, ask someone to do a photoshop before you change them
