K&N Induction Kits
Hi, does anybody know what the real difference is between the two K&N induction kits as per the eBay links below
K&N 57i Induction Kit Subaru Impreza 2.5 - 57-0626 on eBay, also, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 29-Mar-09 12:52:03 BST)
K & N 57i PERFORMANCE SUBARU IMPREZA 2.0/2.5 WRX/STI on eBay, also, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 20-Mar-09 00:21:09 GMT)
Both kits are being sold by the same vendor and I am cannot decide which one to go for.
Or can you recommend a different induction kit for a 2006 WRX?

Personally id go for a RCM induction kit. Double the price but worth every penny IMO. Roger Clark Motorsport - RCM Product Detail As for the kits above,id go for the top one as it states 2.5,the bottom one says 2.0/2.5 so is probably a universal filter.

Stick with an uprated panel filter. Only go down the induction route if you're fitting an FMIC and have no other choice.
These induction kits require the MAF to re-scaled costing extra at the end of the day.
The original intake is good for 400bhp+ anyway.

Really tempted to take my induction kit off..it's a bit like marmite..either love or hate...and It's bin on about 2 weeks now and I don't like the flutter/chatter noise on take off...plus the huge sucking noise...
