I'd say you would be looking between 3.5 and 4k mate.

What about a FMIC ?

1.Volk CE28N 18" NICE WHEELS MATE Don't like the price tag though
2.Greddy clutch + lightened flywheel+fitting Don't know anything about Greedy clutch's, Exedy are good and roughly £400 for the clutch, £350 for the flywheel and about £300 fitting at a guess
3.Deffi setup New your looking at £400+ for 3 gauges + controller and extra for a pod
4.Roger Clark induction kit about £150
5.bigger turbo (which 1) For about 400bhp and good spool i'd go for an MD321H about £1500 new
6.Bob Rawle remap should be around £300 as u already have a license.
7.Comfy front rally style seats

Nice shopping list

Well if it were me I'd be putting some genuine Rota's on they may not be Volk but they are still top quality, I like the P1 style wheel they will not fit a classic though, looks to be a new age wheel only.

Rare Rims | Rota Wheels UK ( just for referance )

5x100 et48 18x8 Gunmetal or maybe Bronze... they even do a matt Bronze.

As Dean say's stick with Exedy you know it is proven in this country and the MD is what Kev is running on his another good choice.

Defi's check

Do I want a twin scroll turbo on mine that's the question

I must say as I'm in the freight industry. Freight rates are coming down all the time at the moment, so anything your looking to buy that has gone up in price, you gain on the freight coming down.

Something to keep in mind.

VC's car isn't twin scroll mate, V7's come with a VF34 (normal STI had VF30), twin scroll were V8 on.

Volk wheels are stunning (i love the TE37) but don't think i could warrent paying £400+ per wheel plus tyres, there r some good copies about like Rota and Inovit.

API are probably the best to speak to about clutchs, they have there own uprated versions of the Exedy Organic's, but depends what sort of power your going for u may need a twin plate or paddle.
There's quite a few people on here running big power with ACT HD Street Clutch's

Richie as for seats the first thing you need to do is have a sit in Mervs he has the new 08 style seats in there now all in black and I have to say they are great !! very different to what your sitting on now.... do that before anything else and as for the rears we have someone on here that know's his fabric he may be able to mod the rear for you to fit.
