Wouldn't bother with the FMIC on a TD05 personally unless it's a 20G, a good option for u would be to fit a later style larger top mount off a V4-6 car (assuming they fit) can be had on ebay for about £40.
Best to stick with an uprated panel filter over an induction kit aswell, MAF's don't like induction kits.
Then fit an Apexi FC ECU (about £795 new fitted and mapped) and get it mapped either by Andy F, JGM, Bob Rawle.

The MAFs on the Newages are stronger than the V5+6's so an Induction kit will be fine. As you're getting a FMIC you'll need one anyway!! Don't go for the HKS mushroom style ones as they kill MAFs no matter which ones they are
Also, getting your car mapped with Jolly Green Monster will make you

A Newage WRX intercooler is a good option with a bit of fettling. There are a few guides on how to do this if you trawl SN.
Loads of WRX intercoolers about.
Agree with the induction kit and MAF's, new MAF's are much stronger and my Zero Sport CAIK as been on since the car was imported in 2004. Nice noise too.

Newage STI topmount is a great option IMO (won't fit early classic's like b19man's though), i personally wouldn't even consider a FMIC again unless i was aiming for well over 400bhp
stevieob111 you would be better off with a ECUTEK re-map of the standard ECU than an Apexi IMHO, check out JGM website.
