Default Help needed fitting gauges.

Hi peeps, i got a twin pillar pod with a auto gauge boost gauge and oil temp gauge, does any 1 know how to fit them?? i got quoted £80 to have them fitted any of u ladds wanna fit them for cheaper?

It's simple other than the electrics which a mate did for me, if I can do it anyone can

For the boost gauge you will need some vacum tube and then insert it into the rubber hose and cable tie it tight...




Follow the rubber hose on mine to the manifold where there is a spare inlet, if you check yours you will see it has a rubber blanking plug just remove that.



Run the vacum hose through the rubber grommit that goes into the passenger foot well then feed this up behind the dash it will come out in the drivers side window corner with no problem at all.



Jobs a good un

Oil temp..... have you got a sandwich plate supplied with that one ?

I still wouldnt have a clue! £30 to any 1 who wants to fit my 2 gauges

£80 seems a good price about 4hrs for somebody to correctly
a mornings work for someone most garages charge £100 PER HR

will have to be a mates rate special for someone and a morning if you got one free

Popped up readracing again today and paul aka (dobby) explained whats gotta be done to fit both the gauges and £80 does seem a good price i guess hopefully get it booked in next month
