Smile What I seen to-day!!

I popped into Keith prices to-day to have a look at the new WRX as they have a white one and a red one in stock. I must admit it was not as bad as I was expecting and the STI to come looks promising at least.
I did not think much of the cheap plastics used inside but then again thats jap cars for you so nothing new, what I did like though was the white paint its a white metallic and looks absolutely stunning I could imagine a new STI in that color being a bit special

Take a look if you can.

Saw them last week when mine was in for a service - it was as bad as I was expecting Not impressed with the interior either, I think I was more disappointed with that than the exterior.

The STi is going to have to be a whole lot better - sorry to say that

Sorry to sound controversial but i'm trying very hard to like it but failing.

the car to me needs to saloon shaped. I think they have dropped a clanger.

Do I need to run for cover.

Not in my opinion, it's dreadful.

Think they will either re-style it after a year like they did with the bugeye, or add the saloon version for the UK market to try and redeem themselves.
I think they should try the STI as a 3 door hatch could look nice then.

It goes quite well for wrx,had a spin in one the other day. It doesnt feel as planted on the road as hawkeye (STI) but it doesnt understeer and i was pushing it a bit. Its really quiet and when you give it some off the mark the tracktion control light kept comin on. Its quite big inside if a little bland, come to think of it,it was quite big on the outside to. But the worst thing when your drivin is the wing mirrors their MASSIVE.
Have a look yourself when your down cvc,sit inside, why does a sports car need such big wing mirrors???

Anyway as you can tell i would never make a writer for a car mag but im holding out hope for the STI to be some fire breathing monstar that we can dream about owning someday.
