Default Who's good for tyre removal/fitting?

Any recommendations for a decent tyre-fitter in the locality (Cardiff/Newport)?

By decent I mean someone who doen’t treat your alloys as if they’re just another round piece of metal to gouge hell out of. And can be relied upon to take their time over balancing (no I don’t mean falling over).

BTW it’s not a tyre that needs fitting as such but I think I have a leaky valve (or rim).
