Bit of a long shoot this but here goes,
My car is currently over at Ace Motorsport where Andy thinks my MAF could be knackered, problem is I'm running a Z32 (300zx) MAF so he doesnt have anything to test it against.
Is anyone in the area running the same MAF or have a spare and would you let me use it to see if mine is dead.

i might be wrong but cant you re wire the loom to use a subaru maff.but could be wrong.

I thought this at first but it turns out that I could connect a standard Subaru unit but without a remap the car wouldnt be driveable.

well my type r as everyone knows whent through maffs like a bag of sweats with a fat kid,and mine had a zx maff i put a standared maff in and it worked i kept blowing them even after a remap but changed the hks air filter and it was sorted,give a standared one a go and try it off boost and see how it drives.
