NEED NEW TYRES
Another vote for Goodyear Eagle F1's, just switched back from Toyo's which aren't as good.
Best deal I got was through kwikfit they gave a silly price to start with but then said I could get them cheaper and they came back with a great quote (£400 fitted) but they couldn't get stock (as none in the country!!!!), ended buying through My tyres and then getting the lads a kwikfit to fit them.
4 x 215/35/18 was £426 fitted in the end

Falkens £380 fully fitted. Saying that, do you really need tyres that will do 160mph
go for something normal, I paid that price a week later I sold the scoob, its a bad habit of mine, put new tyres on a car and sell it, its not done intentionally though.
The boyos at Atlas tyres dont recommend F1's they say they are over priced and your paying for the fancy name, and Toyos are rubbish again a fancy name
I cannot fault the falkens, excellent tyres for the price, really good all round performance

My tyres works out at £304.80 for 4x Eagle F1 GSD3 and most tyres places will charge £10 a corner to fit so you'd be looking at £344.80 for 4 new F1's.
Just remember that the tyres is the only thing connecting the car to road, I wouldn't cut corners to save a few quid in this department

In a ideal world you should be changing all 4 at the same time. It all depends on how much tread you have on the remaining tyres.

I've had 3 'sets' on mine since I bought the car.
1. Bought car with Toyo's on the front and Michelin Pilot Sport 2's on the back.
2. Then bought new wheels with new 18" Avon ZZ3's (awful tyres, really skittish on greasy roads).
3. Now have Goodyear Eagle F1's, really good tyres that give confidence in all weather.
