Well you have a classic set so that it will be the easiest set too fit ...
Right,
Firstly you will need to remove the alternator cover (2 10mm sockets)
You will then need a 12mm socket to loosen the ajusting arm just left to the alternator.... undo it all the way, then you will be able to knock the alternator all the way down so they first belt will come off.. You can then do the same thing with the adjusting arm sitting on the right (under the air con pulley) once done this you will be able to remove the second belt.
Before you start it might be better to loosen the top rad hose, when you do the water will gush out so stick some kitchen roll in the top for a while, dont push it too far
Powersteering pulley... (far left) (top right in your pic)
You will need to use a spanner or a metal bar and insert it into one of the four holes then locate it on something so when you go to undo the nut it will stop the pulley turning... once you have done this you will need to crack the nut off.. remove the pulley and the new one will locate on a spline.
Crank pulley (bottom pulley ) (top left in your pic)
You will need a good torque wrench for that crank pulley.
Put the car in 5th ,, get someone to put there foot on the brake hard ... then try to crack the nut, it's not easy on some cars but the better wrench you have the easy it will make it for you (its a 22mm socket)
Alternator pulley
With the alternator pulley you will need to hold it on the outside with a gripwrench to stop it spinning - I took my alternator out of the car and put th pulley in a vice - you will need a 24mm socket for this..
Tensioner pulley..
Pretty straight forward really... the thread on the adjusting arm in left handed though
When you have all the pulleys in place your ready to put the belts back on, depending if you have brought new belts or not - you will be able to use the same belts,, if you want to use the old belts just turn them inside out or not too see if they have cracked or not,
When you put them on all you need to do is adjust the arm back to where is was.... you will be able to tell this by looking at the thread, it will be clean where it hasn't been used before so just adjust it to there ... you will not want to adjust them to tight otherwise your crankshaft will make a funny noise
Just have a good look at the pulleys before you start... it's all pretty much straight forward ,
if you get stuck just give us a call
There are also some pics here https://www.scoobynet.com/group-buys...se-kits-5.html
cheers

To remove your crank pulley you will require a special Subaru tool to hold the crank still whilst using a 22mm socket and breaker bar. It's easier than having the car in gear and appling the brake, I have the tool if you wish to borrow it.

The Alternator Belt, Battery and Fuse covers are made by a company called BADASS, look the same as Spec R but a lot cheaper. Spec R charge £150 just for the Alternator Belt cover, i paid less then that for all 3 items
The Brake Res cover came off ebay and is stainless steel by a guy called welderlad
The Slam panel cover is off Chief on here
