Default FMIC Fitting

Anyone fancy giving me hand swapping my FMIC for my new Hybrid one??

Should be quite an easy job as it's just a swap out. Anyone with experience of removing the front bumper much appreciated as i cheated last time and got a body shop to remove and re-fit it for me.

May be on Friday or Sunday

I think Chris might be able to help out dean. I'll find out what he's working and let you know. Anything to get him out from under my feet.

What time would you be looking at on Friday? And do I have to fetch any tools?

Does go around the corner better now then Dean ?

I was hoping to help you but timing will not allow this weekend plus I am in work Friday. Hopefully it should not take to long once you remove the lights the front should come away reletively easy since it's been removed once already.

It's on
Took a bit longer than i thought it would, Big thanks to Chris for his help

Few fitment problems, needed a bit of grinding here and there and the drivers side fog lamp won't go back in properly , but got it back in good enough for tomorrow.

Initail thoughts are the lag definatly seems reduced, even with out a re-map. There is no longer a big delay for the boost to come back in after gear changes.

Glad it's all sorted and that you notice a differance with regards to lag, I get next to no lag on mine after the turbo change and remap

Strange the fog light won't go back in, We managed to get brun's back in with no problem and I'm sure chris's went back on. it might just be an alignwment issue. I can't say anything with regards to mine, As I sold mine for £100 and replaced with fog covers.
