John - have a set of part worn RE070s but in in 225/45/17 - they were the rear set I had left over after having to replace the fronts after 3700 miles. I replaced all 4 with Eagle F1s. The fronts were shot but the rears were virtually unworn.

Just checking to see if thats the size you require - you mention 215/40/17 in the other post, correct ?

John don't think they do Re070 in 215/40/17 mate, checked on mytyres and the only bridgestone they do in that size is RE050

Checked several other tyre sites aswell, looks like they were specfically design in conjuction with subaru for the new STI's and only come in 225/45/17:

Gareth, dean, Had also done a search after putting up the post, left them up there in the hope just maybe, need to check to see if I might have a issue with rubbing inside the wheel arches with the 225, also the 45 aspect ratio is raising the car when I should be looking at maybe lowering it, all info taken on board, need to take a look at RE050 spec.

John
I have two 225/45/17 REO4O's which are a bit softer than the 070's.
They dont have a lot of tread just over 1.6mm but depending on what you want them for
they might be of use to you
Anyway, they are yours if you want them.
