I'm thinking of getting a ka for my daughter to learn to drive in so i can save the clutch on the scooby .
Is there anything to lookout for with these cars.

I had one many years ago as a loan car. Ranted the **** out of it (Like you do) It wasn't a bad little car once your sat in it!!! it's just the outside that lets it down.

Haven't heard of any problems, Ford isn't really that bad. They normally know how to screw cars together.

just chuck on a set of 18", full de-cat and rally style graphics and jobs a goodun

I had one once as a courtesy car, I liked the oval clock.....that was about it.

Probably ok for a learner/runaround.

KA -pretty much bomb proof, change the sparkplugs immediatley, then yearly as they rust and shear off on removal, taper seat type, still easily removed but just a known good tip
