Default Bored in work so thought I waould ask question

Does anyone recall seeing some police footage taken from a camera mounted inside a vauxhall senator pursuing a scooby and an evo at 150mph down the M40 oxfordshire to bucks?
It featured on police camera action some years ago. Apparently a gang stole the cars and did a bank job. I don't know how the cops knew but the out come was a chase across 4 counties with helicopter in pursuit. One of the cars even stopped for petrol. One of the cars was eventually caught but the other got away.

My memory may be a little poor but it made for a cracking piece of footage to see the scooby and evo at 150 bumper to bumper with senator doing same.

Ring any bells?

Watched this a couple of days ago, the series is being repeated, i think it was on ITV3. When the evo stopped 4 fuel the cars split up and the helicopter stayed with the evo. The cars were so far ahead of the ground units that the scooby got away and was used in an armed robbery later the same day!! The Evo was caught after they stung its tyres.
