Default Chips Away/Smart repair recommendation?

Anyone recommend a good chips-away/smart repairer in South Wales?

I have reversed into a hedge to let a lard-**** bus past and now have some deep scratches on the rear 1/4 and bumper

Car is a WR Blue 06 WRX. Is this paint is easy to match?

I also recall that there is a scoobynet member who has a paint business who did a group buy some time ago that I could not make - can someone PM me his details?

Thanks all in advance - from a Grumpy Mark G.

(Edited to say I am near blackwood but work near Abergavenny)
