Try Pro-Speed on City Road in Cardiff, he is very good and will make it to any spec you want, SW Sport Pilot just had his car done there.
Generally they are cheaper than longlife and the guy who runs it trained the longlife technicians.

As Dean said John, Mine has just come back from pro-speed on City Road and i cant fault the service and the work that charlie does down there, while my box may not look as smooth as say a ninja or a afterburner. Charlie was able to understand my request for the subaru rumble with out excessive volume or drone and now my scoob sounds exactly how i want. The car is going back down month after next for its sports cat. Not only did charlie teach the longlife techs but also trained the powerflow boys too.
When i was down there he had just finished a manifold,a 4-2-1 system and muffler system for a hayabusa powered Cateram kit car and it looked amazing so i should imagine he may be able to help.

Will try to get some pics up

Not a prob John,
For my cat back my car went onto the ramp 9:30am on saturday it did take them a little while to get started because of the heat in the exhaust but the car was off the ramp at 1 o clock in the afternoon. He did say that a sports cat would take a similar time for welding it into a downpipe and then getting the original out to put the new one in. charlie said it would probably be a days work for an entire system but i would imagine that would be lower if it was a full decat. Im looking at a further 340 pounds for the sports cat. The exhausts come with a life time guarentee.
Cheers

Cheers Si
Im well pleased with it gives me the exact sound sound i was going looking for. Have the Subaru rumble rather than a deep bassy burble. lets you hear it ticking over which sounds rather quick rather than the dugga dugga tickover (Charlies descrption not mine ) and then has a nice sporty roar when you give it the beans.
Im hoping to make the meet but im working in Derby that day and knowing my luck the site will go to hell and i wont be back in time.
Must get wheels on now
Cheers

Those welds look better than the ones on my old magnex!!!!! Nearly as tidy as those on the 5Zigen
Looks really nice as SSS has said,
Fitting the Down pipe is always goner be a long job because you have to take the intercooler off to get to the nuts, heatshield etc. Which are normaly rusted and heat stressed. Make sure he refits the heat shield, so many companies give it back to you in a bag. This may need cutting if your going for a bigger pipe.
