Group Captain Smudger

The bizzies are up to something. Spotted, about 20 minutes ago, a Volvo and Mondeo* parked in a side road off the A4072 (near J28/7) and another traffic car close by. S'funny cos I parked there once waiting for someone and was advised to move on by a traffic warden.

*it's metallic grey with the battenburg checkered sides. Very low level roof mounted lights and multi-spoke alloy wheels - ST220? Wonder if they've gone for a full de-cat an' all?
