WIY - Green classic with decals, Park Place, Cardiff
As above, Park Place about 11.15am Fri 16th Dec. You were driving towards the uni students union.
If it was anyone here just want to say that you are a menace to society and should be banned from the road, the way the exhaust of your maxed up scoob set off the alarm of the Citroen as you passed
Good effort m8 , I had to sit listening to the alarm while waiting for the lights to change
