Trap2's Wheels
Well my wheel quest is over
Tomorrow I pick up a set of 18" Rota GRA's in Gunmetal. They have only done a couple of hundred miles (allegedly) and the tyres are brand new, (Avon ZZ3 225/45/YR18), all in for £550 which is a bargain if they're as mint as the bloke says.
Check out the badboys on Rare Rims website!!!!!

I'm driving to Andover tomorrow to pick them up and hopefully I'll be home in time to get them on before dark.

Love um, best styled wheel there is. I'd like them in gold next, and as today I've just curbed one of mine big style, that might not be to far away.
There a copy of the OZ's WR1 on Simb type R. SSS has them on his classic as well in gray

I did think long and hard about the gold ones, the gunmetal and the gunmetal with polished face.
Had I been buying new and paying full whack I would've probably have gone for the gold but £550 inc. 4 decent tyres was too good to turn down. I think the dark wheels will make the red calipers stand out more too.

All aboard the rollercoaster is about to start, OOP's it already has.
Rich we'll have to see what they're like on the next meet, which shouldn't be long if S.S.S, Kev and Si arrange something.

Si, I did notice the group buy but I'm undecided on what to do. To go for the SDR's, speedline's in silver or something like Kev's wheels.
Time will tell they say, but when does that group buy finish.

I'm not sure when it will finish... it's a big commitment for people as you can see there has been some interest but as yet just the one name on the list so it could be a little while yet. What I will say though is the quality is great on them and I do hope it works out well.

Good choice on the wheels Rich , they will look mustard
As for a meet up i've been scouting round for a day out but all routes come to a dead end at the mo guess its the time of year I'l keep hunting until then it will have to be a mini meet or how about a sat or sun afternoon bowling or karting? shall i get some prices on karting?

I've just got back from Andover with my wheels and they are PERFECT. They look fantastic, with no marks whatsoever and the tyres still have the bobbles in the middle of the tread!!
Just brewed a cup of tea and am now off to fit them.
I'll post pics as soon as I'm done
Rich.

That's EXACTLY what I thought looking at these pictures. 18" wheels look great but suddenly the spoiler looks awfully small.
