Traffic Police
Spotted yesterday evening circulating M4 J27 & J28, very dark blue Vectra (or possibly Mondeo but it's not Ford racing blue) cop car. Unmarked of course.

i've seen them in a dark blue mondeo, sporty looking either an ST or a TDCI, i'm pretty sure the number plate is CN54 BHP. Definatly ends in BHP. They also have a couple of volvo's.

The other is floating between Blackwood & cardiff and is also a 54-plate.
