A day to Remember !
Just wanted to say what a great day I had on Sunday after a pretty fab turn out. It was me & my mates first introduction to Scooby Cruises having only owned my first Scooby since March, but it was well worth turning up and giving her a good thrashing !
Particularly enjoyed the stage before the Llandovery cafe, where I put in a nice safe overtake of the guy in the Red Scoob who had brake problems, but fair play he was still able to give me a grin as I glided past !
It was great then playing catch up with Chris at the front, and the guy from Merthyr in the white WRX with no spoiler. Your wave in appreciation made my day ! Nice one !
Hope the guy who clipped the bank later in the days motor is ok, I saw the whole thing, just a pity my camera-man wasn't filming at the time, the whole back-end of your car was about 5 ft off the ground !
Lots of thanks to the leaders, especially Chris, hope the car gets well soon.
Tim 'Y333HEE' Wills & Gar 'R555GAR' Jones. My face at the end of the day

Yes it seemed to fall a bit flat at this point (the layby after Llywel) causing mucho confusion. I followed a small group who peeled off one by one and then left me on my lonesome (all say oorrrrr). Having said that by this time it was piffing down so much thru the Beacons that it would have spoiled any spirited driving.
Next time can those in charge wear their uniforms so we know who to listen to (I'll wear my flying jacket)? Mike you're 2IC.

Glad the Toyo's came in handy. Rumour has it you wanted to go out on intermediates again but the MOT man insisted on wet weather tyres
