make sure you use subaru recovery

lost all use of lights and dash almost 3 weeks ago.rang my local dealership and informed them,i was told to contact subaru recovery,but i told garage car was drivable and that i would drive the car to them.worst thing i did,wouldnt give me a courtesy car and told me that i would have to contact subaru direct or subaru recovery.in the end,many phonecalls later by myself a hire car was sorted,for6.30 in the evening which i had to go and collect.still without car as waiting for part from japan.so anyone who has a problem,beware make sure how you stand regarding courtesy car.dont depend on your dealership.
