hi rob555 and all north wales scooby drivers, have got the web page for prom rally at newbrighton on 26/07/03 www.promrally.bun.com £5 per car to spectate. a few scoobys are already entered should be a good day out if a few of us all travel up together and meet a few scooby fans from up their.

hi johnwrx thanks for your reply just thought it would be a good day hoping to hear from rob and richie and a few of the others to make it a good trip down to new brighton we did meet you at ty croes the other week we had the blue turbo parked next to robs how's your exhaust sounding! lol!

Good call TURBORAY!
I usually go to this event anyway, so to turn up with rest of the North Wales Scooby's will be spot on.
For those who don’t know, the event uses 2 miles or so of the closed tarmac roads of New Brighton prom. Every 2 stages they vary the stage layout making for entertaining viewing at the hairpins and roundabouts, especially when the cars are running at 30 sec intervals and catching each other up !!!!
Plenty of Metro 6R4’s and Mike Oats in a Scooby WRC – lets hope he doesn’t loose a wheel this year !!!

hiya! how r u both? ray thought he spotted u yesterday morning,he was out delivering across anglesey again (2 many staff off sick!) he's just gone back 4 the eve shift so i'm stressed with these 2 little monsters making a mess & more hyper by the min!andrew finally started walking a couple of weeks ago,so nothing is safe!! nice 2 hear from u ,donna.

for those wanting a bit more info, 1st car out at 8:30 am,
last car back at 18:00, the entrance fee is £5 per car, or £3 on foot.+ a free copy of a 16 page programme.
there are 90 cars entered. 18:15 champagne spraying at "bobby's bar", then presentation of awards at 19:00.
if you don't want to take your own food, "bobby's bar" will serve food starting at 7 am until 20:00.

Hi everyone,
Been thinking about this one and wasn't really thinking of coming, BUT!! decided to have a look at the web page and it looks a great day out. Still not sure if we are coming yet as we are going camping for a week the following week in the Peak district (anyone fancy a burn in the pennines
and it would be a fair old few miles on the old girl again
. Also i'm doing some training the following week for a climbing competition in England, so i wouldn't half be covering some miles in a couple of weeks.
Any way to cut a long story short see ya all there in a couple of weeks
Where we gonna meet up Rob+Richie? one stop again and what time?

S55DRJ ,are you thinking of meeting up with us,then all driving up together ? if you are ,then we'll put up a place and time before next weekend. Carl555DBM ,where about would you like us all to meet you ? we didn't know wether to carry on along the ***,then turn onto the A494 through Queensferry,orcome off the *** at abergele and drive through Rhyl etc to meet you.we need to finalise the meeting times and places so we can get there early enough to get a decent parking spot for us all. hope to hear from you both soon,

right then i think we should work out some times and places to meet because i am going gallivanting around the countryside this week and won't be online until late friday night and it will be a bit late to organize things then.

One word...... ****...... ive just realised this is a day event and not a night stage like it has been for the last few years. Im in work from 6:30am til 6:30pm

Hi again John,
Are you serious are you working all day? what an a""e. I can't stop late iv'e gotta be home early as me missus has planned something for my 30 birthday and she says i must be home for 18.00.
We will have to arrange a good run soon on a Sunday, like before and have a pub lunch with it.
