Why would you slam a Subaru to the ground like that!

I know it very extreme, not a big fan of the slammed look, totally disconnects from what a Subaru should be…

Oh well at least it's not mine anymore, having seen it at some of the shows over the year I have to say that a Viking funeral is the best way to give the car a fitting send off.

Thought it was, I remember you saying in Japfest, was the extra long wheel nuts that give it away for me.

I was only joking Andy, of all the Impreza models I've owned the Hawkeye WRX was by far the easiest to live with and most comfortable (possibly beaten by the Hatch STi If not on a par).

Once it had a few modifications plus a remap it was a great car and gave quite a few more powerful cars a real surprise on the road.

Totally agree Ty on all points my Hatch was a really nice place to be I often wonder whether I should have kept it and forged instead of worrying to death waiting for it to bang, but I guess thats water under the bridge now and really happy with my WRX and also becoming a spanners man after many years of running new cars.

Yes she wasn't a bad example by any means, a great car to drive and own.

She started me off on the slippery slope...
