Arf's day out!
He drove down to us today from Yorkshire, as he likes these parts.
This is the front end, which contains his two year old Enginetuner 2.1 stroker motor, which was built for the previous owner.
This is his office, clearly no messing in here.
And this is the back end, seen by just about everybody.
Martyn mapped it for twin fuels, V Power and Q16 for when he really, really means it.
And this video is the result.
Arf was last seen heading back to Yorkshire in it!

Very nice results !

The changes Arf has made of late have shifted this already great car to another level.
It spools harder and faster, holds peak torque for longer and it shifts seamlesly with full boost returning immediately after a gear change.

just got home, from the very very long trip.but to say it was worth it is an understatement.i carnt thank martyn enough for the full day he spent on the car making it drive the way it does, and everyone else at enginetuner for making me so welcome.i gotta say though i went through quite a few swetty moments as my car sat there on the rollers revving its ballocks off time and time again to get it just right.but it sailed through and then took me 300miles back home problem free.all i can say now is roll on easter weekend so i can see how she fairs at york raceway with some of that q16 race fuel pumping through her.

been out this morning to get used to the new turbo setup.i must admit i do miss the sound of the old gt35/42 that i took off.it used to sound like an aircraft when it started to spool.this new gtx billet is silent until it comes on boost, then you can just here the air being sucked through.as well as the gtx billet and syvecs ecu i have also spun the inlet and fitted an RS500 intercooler setup, which i think is all working together quite nice.there is a noticable difference in spool up when changing gear, the turbo seems to be on boost instantly.all in all i'm over the moon with how it drives, but i'm just itching to get the race fuel in as i havnt driven it with that in yet.

Our Andrew built that particular engine, him and Rob share them in turn.
We have a house rule. He who machines the parts, cleans the parts and then builds the engine. It's basically HIS engine, which ensures continuity.
