Unhappy APi web site and email

Sorry folks, there has been some problems with our ISP on Monday 8th and we have had no service all day. So any requests and orders have been delayed.

We hope to be up and running again on Tuesday, but won't know for sure until we log in. Something to do with BT's servers being upgraded and service outages.

Curiously, we have had incoming all day, but no replies have left at all.

Still down folks, it seems to be a switchover problem from one service provider to another.

If you use Outlook or similar for emails and have changed your ISP you may need to change your SMTP server settings to match your new ISP, just a thought.

Other people that know about this are working on it. It is the usual bs that comes with a change from one ISP to another when no co-operation is being offered or received between the two parties..............

Marginally less reliable than the internet. It worked for a morning yesterday and then packed up again......

Internet and Email all working properly again. Well as properly as that stuff ever does.

If Microsoft ever get their stuff to work properly, they won't half make some money.....
