Donnington for me,
I'm not a very good driver and there is lots of space to run of before you crash into the barrier

I respect your honesty re your current driving experience and I would say that Donington is a great track, but if you're just picking it up then I wouldn't regard it as a good place to go off at- don't be fooled by lots of grass - plenty of people go off at the Craners and still manage to hit something.
Go to somewhere like Bedford or Snetterton even - ex airfields with generally lots of safe run off or Silverstone where it's built for current F1 cars and there is effective run off. To be honest the latter is pretty boring in a scoob as it is so wide and clearly built for F1 speed, but it would be a good place to stretch your car's legs and get comfortable with track driving.
Me- I would like Brands & GP, Snetterton, Oulton (and Spa and the Ring please
) but noise is an issue- I'd need one of the 105dba days.

Brands GP wont happen mate. Chatting to Phil last week at the HWH, would be too expensive for most
For the money you could do alot more
A sunny Snetterton seems to be getting a warm reception though
I owe you a pass ride
