Default Is this normal for a Subaru WRX?

In the picture below the Scoobs front wheel is prominently showing signs of positive camber (mine looks just like it) is this quite normal? My tyres don't wear unevenly but the cars stance look pretty weak.

Negative camber is the way forward or not as the case may be, as in negative camber = car goes where you point it, otherwise it tends to go straight on in the twisties, I think they call it understeer.
