Any opinions on Intrax suspention?

These are my third set of Intrax's. I bought the MY98 Scoob 2 years ago with those intrax shock's and springs already on. After a year they where worn out so I replaced them with 'as good as new' revised ones. (Revised by Intrax itself btw.) They knocked from the moment they went on. Got my money back for those and got a set of new ones. Now 8 months later the knocking is back!! 
This is too much! Has anybody else had similar experience with Intrax or are there people happy with it?
What's the genaral reputation of Intrax?
