drop links? bushes?
I'm getting a constant knocking/rattle noise when driving over minor bumps, uneven surfaces etc...
I assumed it would be the drop links, but somebody else said it could be the bushes.
How do i tell which it is? Ive found full replacement drop link kits, are these likely to include new bushes too?
Sorry for the noob question, ive never worked on suspension yet so i only have a vague understanding of it.

i had a knocking/rattling noise similar to what you describe. i got it on a set of ramps and shook the drop links and the front right (as i suspected) was loose. ordered new drop links but yet to fit them. all other bushes felt tight, just that one droplink.
the replacement droplinks (sourced from GT-indigo on here) appear to be a direct unbolt, replace bolt in again.

If you can get the car over a pit or on a lift where it's sat on it's wheels if you pull on the ARB the fault will be obvious.
You can do it on the ground jacked up a bit with you under it but I don't recommend lying under a car and pulling it about.
